Educational purpose of all clinical content

Everything published here, including articles, checklists, printable resources, worked calculations and course previews, exists for professional education. It is written for nurses, nursing students and healthcare staff who are developing their practice.

It is not individual medical advice, a diagnosis, a treatment recommendation, or a care protocol for any specific patient. It does not create a clinician-patient relationship, and it does not replace your own clinical judgment or the supervision of a qualified preceptor.

Your professional responsibility

• Always follow your employing facility's policies and procedures, which take precedence over anything published here.
• Practice only within your own scope of practice and your state's nurse practice act.
• Verify every medication dose and calculation against a current authoritative reference and your facility's approved resources before administration. Worked examples on this site are teaching illustrations only.
• Escalate to a supervising clinician whenever a patient's condition or the correct course of action is uncertain.

Clinical review and currency

Clinical content is prepared with reference to current professional guidelines and is reviewed by qualified clinical staff. Guidelines change, and material may age between reviews. Where a page carries a review date, that date reflects when it was last checked. Nothing on this site should be treated as a substitute for the current published guidance of the relevant professional body.

Courses, certification and outcomes

Course descriptions, schedules and fees may change. Completing any course or resource on this site does not by itself confer licensure, certification, or a guarantee of examination success or employment. Certification is awarded only where explicitly stated and only through the issuing body's own requirements.

Intellectual property

The content, branding and materials on this site belong to Wahero Health Institute unless stated otherwise. You may download and print our free resources for your own study or for training within your organization. You may not resell them or republish them as your own.

Third-party links

Where we link to external guidelines, professional bodies or other resources, we do not control that content and are not responsible for it.

Limitation of liability

The site and its educational content are provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wahero Health Institute is not liable for any loss or harm arising from reliance on the educational content published here, given that clinical decisions remain the responsibility of the treating clinician and their facility.
